The Unique Mission is a digital learning and earning platform. Since our products are digital and non-returnable, we follow a strict No Refund Policy, except in specific cases. Please read our refund policy carefully before making a payment.
1. No Refund Policy (No Refunds for Digital Products)
As our services and products are digital, once purchased and accessed, they cannot be returned or refunded. Refunds will not be provided in the following cases:
- If you have partially or fully accessed the course content.
- If you are dissatisfied with the course but have already accessed it.
- If you have participated in the earning program and received commissions.
- If your account has been suspended or blocked due to a policy violation.
- If you change your mind after making the payment and no longer want the course/service.
2. Limited Refund Eligibility (Only for Technical Issues)
Refunds will only be considered under the following technical circumstances:
- Duplicate Payment: If a technical issue results in multiple charges for the same service.
- Course Access Issue: If you have paid for a course but are unable to access it due to a technical error, and our support team is unable to resolve the issue within 7 days.
- Other Valid Technical Issues: If, due to an internal system error, we are unable to provide the purchased service.
If your case does not fall under these conditions, a refund will not be provided.
